Absolutely lovely owners! Prompt response, clear directions, and very comfortable room. The entire facility felt very professionally designed. Kitchen was accessible and easy to use. Bathrooms were clean and had HOT water available, and each room had very professional keypads on each door so there was never concern about entering into a wrong room.
Room was also very conveniently located to a bus stop that brings you into the city.
God bless these owners and wishing many blessings their way.

We had a lovely stay. The room was not too big, but good enough for two. The neighborhood was quiet and not far from the restaurants. Downtown Boston was not far either. Would definitely recommend.

The flat is in a very nice location, relatively close to the center, well-reachable by public transportation, but super quiet and felt pretty safe. Squeaky clean, lock-protected rooms. Was overall very comfortable.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great location. Lovely apartment with 3 comfy beds, great kitchen. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions
We had a great time exploring the local area.
It is only 7 min easy walking distance to Davis Square, so it has an ideal location if you have a student at Tufts University where you can use the shuttle at no cost. You can also take the Red Line to Boston City Center.
The hotel does not offer breakfast (only tea and coffee) but across the street is Pemberton Market where you can find lots of different things to eat and drink.
The area is quiet and safe.
A charming, little hotel in a Victorian house. It’s very quiet and close to Harvard square. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Friendly staff, especially the lady. No breakfast, but there was tea and coffee, and a kitchen in the basement for making your own meal. Would absolutely come back. Good value.
Location excellent for visiting family and also Harvard. We had a quiet room at the back, so away from street noise which can be irritating in the rooms on the other side of the house. The Pemberton Farms store across the road provides a great choice of food for breakfast, to eat in the communal area with tea and coffee provided in the Guest House. Staff helpful and friendly.
Iris is very caring and accomodating host. Perfect location if you want to visit Harvard, MIT or Cambridge area. Close to grocery shops, foods and public transport yet still in a quiet neighborhood.
Really nice hotel in a great location right opposite a train station. The room was really stylish and comfortable. The bed in particular was great and we got a good night’s sleep. Hotel was also very quiet.
I read reviews saying the rooms were small, but I didn’t think so compared to the European hotels I’m used to.
