I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is great! Short walk (around 10 minutes) to multiple food locations, short drive (around 10 minutes) to Midtown where a lot of attractions are (Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, etc.), medium distance walk (around 20 minutes) or short drive (5 minutes) to Zoo Atlanta. Definitely an up and coming neighborhood! Other reviews speak negatively about the neighborhood and seemingly unhoused people hanging around, but I was not bothered once by anyone on my many walks. You have to remember that this is a city and there will be people around :)
On-street parking was available right in front of the main house, which was very useful. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The bed was very cushy! The full size fridge was great for bringing snacks and drinks, as well as to store leftovers from restaurants. The host was very kind, helpful and communicative. Check-in instructions were sent to me on the day of arrival.
I would stay here again!

Very clean with a private entrance and designated off street parking. Owner provided toiletries and snacks for my stay. That was very considerate. The owner was very attentive and awesome. All around great stay.

Great condo, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, clean linens, great location in downtown Altanta. Easy access by foot to attractions. The hosts were responsive and very hospitable.
The hosts are friendly, and the house is clean. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is within walking distance to West Lake station (kinda far from downtown though).
I LOVED the location so close to everything and right at the end of a quiet street so very private and theres an awesome little deck to sit and enjoy the evenings. Close to a bunch of parks for the children to play at and our 5 year old was grateful. Even better was the beautiful interior newly remodeled and super clean. I was in contact with the host a time or 2 and she messaged back within minutes. Altogether a wonderful experience and if we ever come back to ATL we will be staying here for sure!
