The location indeed 😉, it's just literally 1min from a metro station and 10-20 minutes to the different city sights. The room itself was big enough, extremely clean and cosy. The beds were comfortable with clean bedsheets (no smell of washing powder at all).

I absolutely loved this apartment, great location, comfortable bed, great view on central street, with a terrace where you can enjoy your coffee. I was lucky to enjoy chestnuts blossom. Easy access to the apartment, quiet and safe neighbourhood, very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended!
Great location right in the city centre. It is very spacious and cosy. Two balconies, great view)) (both street and backyard views). The apartment was equipped with everything you may need during your stay. It was also clean and just pleasant to stay in. The host was friendly and gave us valuable info about the facilities and the parking.

I spent more than 2weeks in this apartment - everything was good, all I needed was available. Easy communication, room was even cleaner than I expected, high ceilings and a lot of light sources, self check-out, small kitchenette and washing machine in the hallway.
Extremely cheap room at a very good location right in the city center. The hosts were very kind and friendly despite the language barriers. In addition, they cooked us amazing breakfasts.
Comfortable and extremely cozy apartment, looks much better than on photos. There are all the facilities you need for 2 people from sugar and salt and to soap in the bathroom. Fair price and great location - about 1 km by walk to Kreschatik, and at the same time it is not to far from Podol (1,5 km). So, my mother and I didn’t use public transport at all except taxies at nights. The courtyard was quiet, host was helpful and responsive. Easy accomodation. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location not far from city centre, very close to Dream Yellow Mall ( great place for kids to have fun)small shop just outside the house and supermarket 5min walk/ flat is fully equipped with kitchen essentials and washing machine even place to dry. Iron and iron board provided. Great value for money will definitely stay again. Host nice and welcoming
