A lot of character. Nice area full of flower fields around for walking or biking. Comfortable bed and good home cooked breakfast.

Very personal experience, my mom and I really felt at home. The location is beautiful and quiet, in the middle of Avocado and Banana trees while Arusha is still easily reachable within approx 15min by TukTuk. It’s not the typical hotel experience - you‘ll stay in the same house with Hope which naturally is his home and not a hotel but we highly appreciated exactly that. The food was good as well and we had a room with two single beds but he also has another one with a double bed available. Very comfy beds. Would definitely recommend for a more local and authentic experience!
Set 2.8 km from Njiro Complex, Jabulani Private Villas offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

The property was clean and well-kept, and we had a wonderful stay. With the main road currently under construction, I anticipate that access to the property will improve once the work is completed.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great place 20 minutes walking from the city center. It’s so calm and charming with a lot of plants and great decorations and very clean. But the best part is the hosts. Everyone is so kind and helpful, always smiling and always willing to get you anything you need.
Hope’s home is one of the best places I stayed trough out my traveling. Hope is a great host that makes sure all your needs are met. Beautiful quiet place that exceeded expectations.
Very communicative host Walter, comfortable room, bed and bathroom. Quiet neighborhood, not to far from city centre. Walter helped me out with a lot of things, really takes care a you a his guest.
Try to be in touch with Walter before going there , the place is a bit hard to find using only navigation. By phone he can explain best way to get there.
Good value for money!
We slept a total of 3 nights at Utamanduni Hous and were very impressed with the accommodation. The accommodation has 4 very nicely furnished rooms, one common room and a big garden. Chris is a great host and the staff are incredibly helpful. Traditional cooking was done for us in the evening. The breakfast with fresh fruits as well as jam and pancakes is excellent. The property also has a beautifully landscaped garden with a seating area around a campfire pit and a small outdoor bar.
Really nice hostel in the heart of the city but in a quiet street and nice neighbourhood. The place is simple but does the trick, it's clean, free breakfast (eggs toast and fruits), comfortable and welcoming and cheap. The staff was very kind, Ibrahim the owner is very friendly and helping and also organises tours at the best prices in town making it an excellent base for many activities in the region!
The place is perfect if you look for a quiet and relaxing stay in Arusha that you can spend in the very nice garden in the back yard. The hosts are very friendly and supportive with everything you need. Bus station and city center are in 5- to 10-minutes driving distance, a local street kitchen with nice food for little money is within 3 minutes walking distance. All in all highly recommended!
The house is well located, close to Fifis Restaurant and the city center. Derek was a great host, collected us from the airport and checked on us throughout our stay.
Had a great time at Wakawaka.
Room was awesome, very clean, comfy bed & good wifi over the property.
Very secure and good location close to the clock tower but away from the main road so quiet at night.
David was a great host sorting out airport pickup for me (recommend) and then info for my onward travels and making sure I was ok.
The ladies serving breakfast were great as well and always so happy.
Would recommend when staying in Arusha!
I like to think of this place as a bed and breakfast or boutique hotel. It is a small cute hotel located off a dirt road about 15 - 20mins from Arusha Airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was cheap and nice. Location was in the middle of town with so many businesses nearby.
