We had an extremely pleasant and welcoming stay. The hosts were such a warm and friendly couple and their dinner is so sumptuous and yummy. We were caught in the earthquake and we had to stay another day. The hosts took such great care of us and helped us with arrangements to leave Hualien - giving us lifts to the train stations, checking train times and possible routes. I highly recommend staying here.
The host, Ivan, was the sweetest man on earth. He was super helpful and lovely. The guesthouse and rooms are well-appointed, and there is free parking out front. You will want a car if you’re staying here, as it’s away from downtown, but it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved it so much we extended one night
The room is very clean, bed is very comfortable. Convenience location and the host is super nice, friendly and recommended good place for food. Very enjoyable and leisure place. Definitely will come back.
