Love the view from the room. Even the bathtub had a lovely view. The small balcony was a perfect spot to wind down the evening. The amenities in the room were thoughtful. The tv area and the pantry stocked with goodies.
The host met us at entrance of the elementary school and walked us to our accommodation.

The hospitality of the host, she waited for me to arrive to help me with my bags and then showing me the room and all the tidbits and snacks I can have, and how to walk to the main street. She also helped me with booking a taxi back to airport. Just very warm and hospitable. Also the view from the room. Just unbelievable. The sunset was just right from the room window and it was like a painting. Perfect to just rest after a work week and drink tea. Location was great, quick walk to the main street of Jiufen where you go downhill and see the famous sites and enjoy the local life. It was packed full of day trip tourists so I really enjoyed being able to go back to the air-conditioned room to cool down and rest. They also have a dehumidifier in the room to make the room more comfortable too.

The room was very new, clean and with a pretty design. The bed was comfortable the couch was convenient, the bathroom with free toiletries was great and there was also a kettle and refrigerator.
The check in was fast.

The room is simple but perfect for the price, The shower is separated and all nice.
The breakfast consist of a warm sandwich and a fantastic 'Italian style' coffee. The owner is a super nice person, she cares a lot.

Location was a little out of town but quiet and away from the crowds was a bonus. Wonderful views just a 2 mins walk away.. The host were very lovely and accomodating.

Very homely, cosy and clean guesthouse run by a couple. Lovely view of the sea. Host upgraded my room to one with a view as there was no one staying in that room, so that was very nice. Towel, soap and shampoo provided and even a small snack and drink in the room.
Great location, very quiet and far away from the hustle and bustle of Jiufen. Its in the nature, far from any big restaurant or 7/11. You wake up with the sunshine, green forests and birds singing. The host family is very nice. Highly recommended.
Room was very large, as was the bathroom. Parking was on-site (although there weren't many spots). Host was very helpful and friendly using Google translate to explain facilities and how to get to the town. It's reached via a 5 minute walk so great location (very quiet).

It's a charming and comfortable establishment with friendly hosts in a great location. The upstairs sitting area makes the most of the fabulous views and the coffee at breakfast was tasty :)
The location was amazing. Environment is peaceful and quiet, a perfect getaway from the buzzling city. You should definitely catch the sun set if possible. The breakfat is great too! Dora is a great host. I love to be back there again
