Tony is friendly and is at the property daily, He lives in area. It is centrally located with easy access to the main roads leading you throughout Port of Spain and surrounding areas. Parking is in front of property on the street basically used only by residence. Property is a converted private residence with rooms additions to main structure. Basic accommodations

The apartment was located in a reasonably quiet neighbourhood and not too far from the country's capital. I enjoyed lounging in the pool area. Stacy was a superb host. She answered any queries I had promptly and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Stacy's Place to anyone visiting Trinidad.
Very clean and safe. You can walk at night to the guest house and be safe. Lots of good local restaurants and popular bars. Very good location, quiet and peaceful at night. Great location for access to most of the things we wanted to do and see in Trinidad. The property was very clean , had a lovely pool and secure parking . Koral the host was very helpful with everything to do with the apartment and things to do whilst in Trinidad. Especially appreciated the fact that we could stay in the apartment until 4pm as our flight was at 8 pm
Great location for exploring Port of Spain and beyond, really accommodating hosts close to restaurants, bars and shopping, was a half and half business and pleasure trip, would definitely book again.
Extremely helpful owner who can arrange reliable full day taxi tours to explore the island. Just plan your trip and tell the driver where to go. We used it twice and it was better and cheaper than renting a car.
Location is extremely close to the leisure area of the town, but safe and quiet.
Superb hosts and very nice/convenient location. Just 5 minutes walking from the buzzing avenue and all supermarkets etc. Most definitely to recommend and repeat for our next travel for T&T. We were staying (7 days) at the guesthouse in the stone building( across the pool). The guesthouse was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. ( AC etc. )
The bed was comfortable and hardly no noise to be heard from outside.
All in all, a pleasant stay at the Gingerbread House!
Fabulous location within walking distance to great street food options. The neighbourhood was extremely quiet and the pool was just enough to cool off in. Everything was very private and felt safe. Our host was very helpful when we had questions.
