This place is interesting and unusual. It is located in a hidden alley near the center of the city, close to the beach, but still in a quiet place. There is a small, cute garden with lots of coaches and sofas around. There is always shade during any time of the day. There are cats and even parrots in this garden.
The owner lady is friendly. When the AC broke in the middle of the stay, she fixed it more or less quick.
The place is not so cheap in general, but very cheap for Side, a resort town where everything in expensive.
Very swish - locals think it is the posh place. Amazing history surrounding the building and underneath it !!
No swimming pool but sunbed tickets and towels provided for local beach 100m away.
Great location - quiet but only 5 mins from the nightlife.

I really like that apartment and I highly recommend especially for couples. Nice modern furniture, comfortable bed a lot of day light. Perfect location, quiet and calm but not far from restaurants and shops. Host is very kind, friendly and helpful. He will help with everything you need. Nothing to add I just can’t wait to be there again!
Lovely guest house of three units - two appartments and one room (in which I stayed), all on the first floor directly overlooking a very swimmable beach. Clean, comfortable and well equipped room with balcony, sound of the sea in background. Convenient shop and cafe/ bar downstairs. On the quiet side of the Side peninsular, plenty of restaurants and sites within easy walking distance.
We had a lovely stay with great hosts. The hotel is very well situated in the old town and close to a very nice small beach, maybe a minute away. Great traditional Turkish breakfast with delicious homemade products in a pretty and comfortably arranged garden. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful time!
The apartment was in a great location, with a gorgeous, tranquil garden hidden behind it. It was very clean and had everything we needed, plus very good internet. Excellent value for money, and the hosts were charming and friendly.
The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of the ancient town very near the harbour. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and when our taxi driver got a bit lost Penny came and collected us and our bags to take us to the correct location. She was a great host throughout, never imposing but always there if needed for local knowledge and having lived there for over 30 years, Penny had loads of local knowledge.
We had a great 4 nights there and if returning to Side we would look no further than this accommodation.
