The hosts offer great tips on how to best see the local sights. This location is walking distance to a number of historic sights and they also offer a shuttle to and from Ephesus which was quite helpful.

The location is excellent. On Saturday mornings, they have fresh market in the street, a different and lovely experience. The owners are wonderful, friendly, helpful accommodating and kind. I will definitely stay with them again.

Doesn’t get any better than stone houses as rooms in a quiet village, with a fantastic Turkish breakfast every morning. Mr. Cem is also a very welcoming host. He answered all our questions and provided us with recommendations in the area.

Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great stay, and great location. Very friendly host. The apartment is inside a condo complex with a terrace and nice garden in front of you. Good swimming pool. Very quiet. Beach is very close. Very well equipped kitchen. Groceries/drinks next to the location. Local bus 5 stop, which will bring you fast to the city center in front of the complex. Overall, fantastic stay I'm sure I'll repeat.
The Host : Mr Ertan is trying to make you feel like at home and hes is a very sympathetic person .The room that we get was clean big in size with a balcony overlooking the city center wich is only few minutes walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at Ephesian hotel and guesthouse. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the location of the hotel is great as it's close to the Kushadasi centre. The breakfast was really tasty and rich and had all kinds of fresh pastries. Ertan and Ines were great hosts, very hospitable, helpful and always available. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kushadasi.

Delicious breakfasts, quiet location and very green area full of trees, very close to Ladies beach (5 minutes walk) and a dolmushe minibus stop to go to the city center. Supermarkets Carrefour and BIM in a just 3-minute walk. Close to all cafes and sea promenade of Ladies Beach. A small kitchen in the room and a terrace with access to the lawn. Free parking space for rented car.
Hotel has great location in the first line to the Ladies beach. Everyone in the hotel are very kind and helpful. We had underground garage for car, cozy room with sea view. The owner helped us to buy olives,he is great host.
Great location 150m from the city center with bars, restaurants and supermarkets just out of the hotel. The host and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Good breakfast included in the price. AC, Wifi and fridge in the room were working.

Quiet as adults only, with limited sunbeds, worked for our trip as its in May but at busy season you may struggle to get a good sunbed.
Hotel is right beside marina with lovely restaurants cheaper than the centre. Centre is 10 mins walk which is nice along the beach
Amazing Hospitality! great location, right in the city center, close to the market, port and the promenade. rooms are airy and nice, a small balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning. absolutely adorable and the service is 10/10, the host can give you great recommendations for food a d coffee places.
