The 'village breakfast' was amazing, and the perfect start to the day sitting by the water. The location is idyllic, right on the waters edge, quiet and relaxing but still part of the village. Plenty to see and do within a half hour drive, and the boat we hired for the day from the pension was great (private hire and a lovely captain who knew all the best spots). Dinner was very fresh and beautifully cooked, and if you want a wider menu town is only a 5 minute walk away. Good shower and adequate wifi. Umu is a wonderful host, friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful.

The location was beautiful and quiet. It is higher than the coast so at the end of the season it feels a little cool, but of course this must be wonderful in the summer.
The owners are kind and interesting people who hope you will enjoy their home. They take a lot of pains with their cooking. We had some lovely meals.

Couldn’t rate this place highly enough. Stylish and tasteful, the roof terrace was the perfect place for breakfast and also to curl up with a book in a comfy chair. Fabulous views of the bay over the rooftops.

I liked the pool at the hotel and that they helped us find a transfer to the airport. Also the owner of the hotel was always helpful if we needed anything. It was possible to order dinner or lunch on the terrace.

The best sea view ever from the top floor.
It's warm and cosy apartment with all what you need. It's not brand new but the view makes everything much better.
The location is perfect: you can walk anywhere. Small beach is just 5 minutes away. The shops — around 10 minutes.

Lovely home in a great location. Can easily travel to Kas by bus or by hiring cars/mopeds for very cheap. Host was lovely and gave us a Turkish SIM card and organised an airport transfer. The people running this place go above and beyond to make your stay is very enjoyable. The hot tub was very nice aswell as the use of the private pool. I would definitely stay here again.
Well equiped apartment with a beautiful sea view, on the great location, close to the city center.
On top of that, you will meet Ilker, the host, always positive and ready to help. If you need money exchange, to rent a car/motorcycle or just to organize a tour for you, he is there. All of that for reasonable price.

Central quiet location just off the main road near port, restaurants, supermarkets and tourist shops. Great variety of dishes offered for breakfast. Great hosts Engin and his family.
The place is cosy and quiet, breakfasts are good, I especially liked coffee and bread with cheeses and vegetables. The hosts are nice and friendly. You can go down to the sea and find a nice swimming place with a ladder on the rocks. Or you can catch a bus every 30 minutes and go to the beach or city center. I loved the place, totally recommend it

Amazing place to stay in a magical town of Kaş. Everything exactly like on photos. Very clean and cozy apartment. Super friendly host and a great location right in the middle of town. At the same time, very quiet. I had a beautiful view on the neighboring yards (with flowers and a lemon tree) and a giant rock above the town. It was a loveliest week ever in this place for me!
