Everything about this hotel is excellent. Breakfast was superb local produce . The view was fantastic. Very friendly owner and staff. Couldn't ask for more. will definitely try to book again when around the Kalkan area.

A Family Pension - owners were very welcoming on arrival . We requested a quiet room and got one albeit room a little small - but an old lovely traditional building so expected. Lovely breakfast served outside. Location was perfect.

First of all, I would like to mention the host, what a lovely lady Olga was. Positive, and each morning, she was expecting us with freshly homemade breakfast with some quality stuff. The villa was absolutely stunning, with an amazing view towards the seaside. Everything was spotless. For sure, we will visit Olga again, but this time for a longer period of time as we left our hearts there.
This family-run pension in Patara is surrounded by a green garden and rose bushes. It has an outdorr pool and a kids pool.

Staff very friendly, but hotel in general quite basic and old. Like no shower tube, no hot water in the morning, a bit noisy because it's in the city center. Not a big problem, but modern windows much more soundproof.

This guesthouse turned out to be the perfect place for a vacation! Beautifully maintained grounds, a lovely clean pool, cozy and clean rooms, and very tasty breakfasts and dinners. The hotel is run by a very kind and hospitable family. There’s a wonderful garden with beautiful fruits, friendly cats, a dog, and even a little turtle. The place was very lovely and cozy with attention to detail. The breakfast consisted of fresh eggs, local and self made products and was a little different every day. We also tried some of the other meals for dinner and we really loved it. The owner speaks good english and was super friendly and helpful!

Really clean, well equipped apartment. The location was fantastic, really quiet despite being right in old town. The host was so helpful, organised transfers, and met us on arrival and when we were leaving. One of our best stays. We plan on going back.
Location is great. Close enough to everything and still quiet. Suleyman snd Astra are great hosts. Villa itself is built just 1.5 years ago. Ton of household appliances, grill, everything for cooking, amazing pool with night lights. Green corners everywhere. Views from top are really good, even better at night. More than enough space to accomodate many people.
Erhan was a great host, waited for us even after our flight was delayed. The villa has a great view and has everything you need in it. Erhan also took us on an all day boat trip, highly recommend.
Its a 15 min walk into town which we liked, and a cheap taxi back up the hill.
There's the pool in the resort also which has a bar/restaurant. Apparently you can get a mini bus back up to the villa but we walked it.
Over all really liked the stay here.
Our hostess Tuba led her team brilliantly and they told us they were all one "family". They could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was a great experience, with plenty of local produce. The pool area was very relaxing, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Everywhere was kept very clean. The location on the edge of Kalkan is very quiet and taxis into town are cheap.
Gorgeous place not far from the town centre. Really convenient to use as a base. Facilities are great value for money. Charming host. Fabulous bar. Very relaxed, quiet and calm!

Great staff and fantastic breakfast Halil (owner )was very entertaining and the ladies who made and served breakfast were lovely.Value for money property.Spent a couple of nights here .Ideal central location for beaches bars and eating out .Kalkan is very hilly so if you don't like too much walking uphill then this is ideal
