Great location in front of lake park. Walking distance to tourist sightseeings. Great room with great view from last floor. Excellent hotel but limited staff/services/breakfast during our stay in begining of May, maybe low season. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and will stay here if visit Iznik again.
We stayed in a suite, quite spacious for two adults, one kid and a baby. The room was equipped with everything we needed, as well as a jacuzzi and a fireplace. It was great value for money. Calm and quiet location, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Our kid loved the little zoo with goats, chickens, peacocks, rabbits etc. There are geese and birds everywhere. Very close to İznik center, famous for its tiles, where one can buy souvenirs for a reasonable price. Will definitely visit again.
The bungalow was wonderful, it's a highlight for all of you, who want to be in the nature with no one around except of some wolves (not visible but definitely there) and olive trees (amazing view!).
Communication with Aziz, the host, was very good. He recommended some very good restaurants and also answered all of our questions immediately.
All in all a very nice stay!
This property is nicely located a few meters away from the lake where you can walk or jog on a purpose-built track, right in the historical center of Iznik. What I liked the most is this feeling that you are not in a hotel but rather in a family-run pension. Very friendly and service-minded people.
