When it appeared that no places are available for us in SAYA LIFE KONAKLAMA despite of the booking made, host tried to help and paid for our stay in other place.

Hotel locates in great place: not far from shopping mall and the coast. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes. Mersin is a nice city and the hotel can afford you great opportunity to get acquainted with it.
A royal value. A spacious, clean room. Courteous, considerate and intelligent staff. Restaurant meal was fantastic quality with a big portion in an upscale venue at the same price as a local cheap eatery. Breakfast was healthy enough. Plus a quiet and relaxing complementary sauna downstairs at the spa helped recover from driving in traffic.
The hotel is in a great location with an amazing sea view. The staff, especially Tarik Tamtürk was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The room was big, comfortable, the a/c is great and quiet. The shower/bathroom is also really great.
Salih’s place feels like coming home. It’s very cosy and comfortable, especially the bed. Salih is a great host. There is a supermarket just around the corner, which is very convenient.
The location is in the city centre so everything is available around. The staff (specially Ersin!) very nice and the management are really very friendly, cooperative and always happy to help.
The breakfast is very nice and diversified so it meets most of people's choices.
There is cheap public transport from the hotel (Metropol point) to almost everywhere in the city.
