Proprety is located right around airport which is good for me despite it was a little noisy. Dalaman is within 5 minutes by car, local beach is very close too. Flat is fresh and well-decorated. Host is very helpful guy and he tried do his best.

lovely villa, great location, clean and tidy and very spacious and comfortable. There were 8 people staying and plenty of room for us all. The pool is great and the area around it was clean and tidy. Host is also very quick to answer any questions for you.

The villa had everything we needed. Very well equipped, clean, bright, lovely bedrooms, great showers, couldn’t fault it. Omer was very responsive to messages and was a great host.
Great location (5min by foot to Sok store, 10min to Migros, 15min to the city center, 20min by taxi to the beach). The villa itself has everything you ever need. The pool was cleaned every day by a staff member early in the morning.
The grill place is intact and usable(it would be nice to have some metal brush to clean it, but it's minor thing).
This spacious villa was the perfect place for our family holiday. Everyone had their own bathroom and there is even one to spare. The pool is lovey, big enough to swim lengths and Omer provided plenty of sun loungers and chairs. The hosting was outstanding. Omer arranged airport transfers for us, welcomed us on arrival and responded to anything we asked for. The location is excellent. It is quiet and peaceful but you are within 7/8 minutes walking distance from Dalyan centre.
We liked it so much we will plan to visit biannually. Great location, great host, big rooms, spotlessly clean, bed linen and towels changed every other day.
Great location, quiet, but close to the centre. We loved the black cat who was waiting for us every time we got home. The appartment is simple, but has all you need. Hakan was a very nice host! For the price, it was good quality
