Eric and Amira, the hosts, will go out of their way to make your stay great. The breakfast was immense and delicious. Amira even made us some tunesian snacks to try and Eric took some time to show us the city and gave us many useful hints and tricks which made out last day of our holiday perfect. Pool was closed for work but this was communicated before a week before we arrived. So no problem.
The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. The host Gerard is very friendly and welcoming and so are his family members. Also Midoun is a good base to explore the beaches. It's also perfect because they accept pets and the pool area is pretty.
I liked the house! The way the rooms were laid out around a courtyard with nice places to sit and chat or read quietly in some hidden away places were great. The staff were friendly/smiling even if I was grumpy bastard for most of my trip and the host was personable and accomodating. The room was uniquely interesting much like the whole of Djerba it reflected it's traditional authentic roots.
Large apartment and quiet, even if close to one of the main roads. Kitchen eqipped with pretty much everything you might need.
NB: it is situated off the R de liberte - when entering RdL from the city centre (roundabout) keep to the right and then turn right after approx. 400m (small street)
