Michaela's hospitality is unmatched, her place was by far the one we felt most welcomed in, she also has great insight on things to do around the area.
The room was big, clean and very comfortable, bathroom included. The pool was fabulous too. The location is great if you want to stay in Djerba or if you want to venture out into the desert.
They also have their own travel agency, Tunisian Family Travel, which is much more competitive in terms of pricing compared to other agencies from the area.
A big thank you to Michaela and her husband for being such perfect hosts and lovely kind people, they were one of the highlights of our trip to Tunisia.

We had an amazing time there, it has everything you need to spend good and relaxing time, the owner Sonia is so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, the location is perfect, 5 min from the beach.

Amaaaazing Djerbian style place, everything was amazing, summarizing the great experience I had in Dar Naël is a bit hard but I would say the following:
- Super friendly staff that feels like a family (LOVEEED THEM)
- Very calm
- Comfy and cozy
- Amazing location right near Djerbahood
- Clean
- Delicious breakfast with varieties and great ingredients
- Even when fully booked, you won’t find more than 8-10 people (2 to 4 gathered at the same time)

The house feels like a home away from home, there is everything you might need. One could actually stay home and cook BBQs by the pool in the evening, as we did for two nights. Location is great, one minute walk to the beach. In a quiet, calm and peaceful area. It was definitely worth the money we paid. We look forward to returning. Well done to the owners of Dar El Bhar. Very cozy and clean place with attention to details. Remarkable the free cocktail and food at the sunset for new guests.
Every evening a different show is organized with local band and djs. We particularly enjoyed the tribal techno dj set.
The cusine is very good and refined.
It offers additional services such as spa at a very cheap price and the location in the health of the beach completes their offer.

We liked everything, the hosts are lovely, they make you feel at home. The location is good, lots of restaurants near by, shops, supermarket, and a nice sandy beach. It is a wonderful place to stay.
The place is wonderful and close to the city center and large and small markets. The suites are wonderful and can accommodate 5 or 6 people. The reception staff are wonderful. The atmosphere is quiet and wonderful for relaxation. There are two swimming pools for children and adults.
Breakfast was very good.
I recommend it if you want to visit Djerba Island for a short time.

Brilliant location - a few steps from the beach, with two restaurants on your doorstep. A 10 minute walk to a small supermarket which also sells alcohol. The house was gorgeous and clean, with a beautiful swimming pool that was lit up at night. Hosts couldn't do enough to help! Would 100% return.
Pretty good value for the hotel for the place. Actually much cheaper than other less quality hotels in Tunisia. I´m not a fan of hotels on the beach in resorts, but after 3 weeks offroading around the country the rest is good.
The apartments is tiny, but really cozy and pretty, and fits 2 adults and 2 kids nicely. You get you own garden and great space outside for breakfast. Very nicely decorated. Nicola and wife were really great hosts, very helpful and flexible with our requests. The beach is less than a minute walk from the house.
