Jungle gym is great place. If you want go to full moon party, you will be very close but in the calm area. Gym is very well equipped. Owner is friendly and helps you with whatever you need.

Booked one night last minute for full moon party. Decent price for full moon prices, great location, super clean comfy, had lockers (needed locked) but everything you need if your going full moon party would highly recommend. Free fudge orf water bottles too and a shop which sold all party essentials

This is a great little find. A comfy, clean bungalow on the beach with great hosts. They have a great little social area with tasty food and cheap beer. It's in the perfect location for sunset and is ideal if you're looking for somewhere to relax. It's a ten minute walk from the main bars but passes a 7-11 so ideal.

Really friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Paid a higher rate due to full moon party but honestly the hostel was very nice and I'd happily stay there any time in Koh Phangan. Convenient cheap laundry place on the corner. Great location.

Location is very central. But not directly on the main road. So it is quiet for thai standards.

The host was really friendly and helpful (offered us to bring us to the Pier for free). The location is perfect. It's quiet during the night and not far from the city centre. Furthermore, the hotel complex is green and absolutely beautiful. The rooms are well equipped.
We were also able to book a brand-new scooter for 350 baht.
This is a nice, clean, and centric (5 min. walking from the city center) resort with a pool and shared kitchen.
I recomend it to everyone that want to enjoy the island by day, meanwhile having a lovely and quiet place to return at the end of the day.
But the best, with difference, that you will not find in other places, is Julià itself (the host). He is really friendly and willing to help beyond his duty. And also he has a lot of contacts if you want to rent a car on the island for a really good price! :D
