It’s a great value for money. It is the lowest price you can find for the value it provides. It is oceanfront. It has a restaurant and laundry service and friendly staff. Fan rooms are doable since you don’t stay there during daytime. With that being said there is just one thing to note ( at the time of this writing). The toilets don’t come with flush knob. So, you must do the old fashioned way ( fill a bucket and flush) which is doable once you get used to it. They have tenants that’ve lived there for months. They provide tp’s. 😁👍. Their fruit shakes are pretty good as well. 👍 And within 3 min walk is 7/11, cafes, fried chicken place and intersection to take the local transport anywhere on the island.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. The bungalows were a little more rustic than we anticipated but they were very comfortable and super clean. The host was really friendly and super helpful. The hammocks on the terrace were a lovely feature. The grounds are very green and quiet.
Very nice host, great location and easy access (few minutes walk) to a perfect beach. You also have 3 supermarkets within a very short range (2 min walk). The beach is perfect for little kids because the water is shallow for a long time. The pool is also very nice!
The hotel features a great restaurant with fresh fish from local fishermen on certain days and a good buffet breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits. The rooms are quiet, and the beach it's situated on is one of the best on the island, in my opinion. The hotel has a friendly camping vibe with authentic Thai bungalows, and good value for money.
Great location directly on the beach, quiet, comfortable beds. Lots of other places nearby for drinks or dinner. Beautiful scenery. Went on a great snorkeling trip.

Great location, 1 minute walk from the beach.. located in such a lovely, quiet village. We’ve stayed in a few different locations in Koh Phangan and this was by far our favourite.

Beautiful relaxed atmosphere close to beach yet sheltered from wind. Simple bungalows with hammock on verandah a nice touch and a feeling of privacy. Clean, quiet, cosy . Som's Seafood -excellent authentic Thai food fresh and tasty just across the way. Friendly helpful hosts. Close to everything yet quiet.
Loved it ! The location is amazing, one of the best beaches of Koh Phanghan in my opinion. It is a bit far from the « city center » but really worth it. The area is chill and quiet.
The staff was very friendly and helped us book motorbikes and taxi.
Great location really quiet beach nice bar next door , you can rent a motorbike at the top of the path for 250 bht, some nice and cheap restaurants on the top road definitely would stay again, loved this place and am a crying sod !!
