Close to the surat airport.
Just for a night stay.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Jar was a great host. I highly recommend staying with her if your passing through Surat Thani. The room had everything and was spotless. She even offers you a bike free of charge to explore the town.
Great guesthouse in close proximity of the airport (10 minutes drive, the owner provides free transfers from and to the airport). His wife cooked a very tasty traditional Thai diner, and the next morning Thai and continental breakfast, great!
The house is spacious with a good bathroom and filled fridge including water, softdrinks and beer. The hosts are such nice friendly people, giving you all the attention you need.
Very nice host, simple but very clean.
Very quiet area, good walk with the dog.
With restaurant and a Coffee/breakfast in the neighborhood.
Aircon not noisy... But fridge not working
100% recommended
Siri Guesthouse is the best place we stayed in Thailand! It is located in a safe and quiet area, close to good cafes and massage places. The night market is 5 minutes away by taxi (about 80 Baht). Also, there are free bikes! The room was clean and spacious, with both air conditioning and fan, and the bed comfortable. What makes this place special is the host, Jar. She is very kind and attentive, speaks very good English and gave us great recommendations. We highly recommend this place! We will definitely come back.
Gigi is friendly, flexible and a great host.
The hostel has a great atmosphere, very social with its own beach. But also peaceful when you want to sleep.
Location close to pier and night market for a good cheap meal.
