Such a friendly, warm and engaging host who kept going the extra mile to make sure our stay was excellent. Only a short walk to the Historical park and with cycle hire available at 30 baht a day - the whole of Sukhothai is available to explore. Breakfast was extremely good and set us up for the day (fried eggs, toast, coffee/tea and fresh fruit) All the information you could wish for is available. The room was lovely. So clean and fresh with added toiletries for the shower and fresh drinking water provided daily. Really excellent stay and this was our second time at Space Ben which didn't disappoint.

Photos of property were accurate and current. Great location, super comfy bed, very clean. Satellite / live TV was a nice surprise. Owner is lovely, and helped best plan my time based on my preferences. Definitely would stay again if visiting Sukhothai again in future!

The setting is beautiful and the bungalow was very comfortable. Namkhang is such a great hostess (and an amazing cook! Her rice soup and her green curry were delicious). Panda the dog also brings and extra dose of joy :)

This place is a fantastic value. The room was clean and the maids came everyday while I was gone to give the room a spot check. Being a family run place there was always someone around to help. I did and will stay here again.

Great place to stay if you want to visit old sukhothai.
It's right next to the bus station, but still a quiet and separated area. I rented a bike from here. I really recommend getting either a bike or scooter and taking the bike path to old sukhothai, it's a great experience in itself.
The room had AC and was very clean. I'd stay again.

This place is a gem that we were lucky to find! Great location, comfortable, clean, and all at an amazing price! We stayed here for 2 nights and loved our stay at the jungle bungalow/hut. A beautiful place submersed in nature. Our host was very helpful to us in giving suggestions for exploring around Sukhothai. Her dog Panda is very cute, friendly and we enjoyed its company at the porch from time to time. Grateful for the bike rental deal as well, which is very much enjoyed exploring Sukhothai with!
Small guesthouse located in pottery street with own pottery production.They have cute home made plates and cups. The surroundings are quiet, yet close to the main temples and restaurants. Good simple breakfast (although some misunderstandings regarding our vegan diet) on own terrace and friendly hosts. They had bicycles to take for free which was super helpful to get around town and the ample historical park.
The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a good & modern bathroom and shower.
Rustic place in a very natural setting. Quite comfortable but would take a bigger hut next time. But all else was great. Great hosts, lovely fruit breakfast and great location.
It was very nice stay. The guesthouse is in good location, close to main street and town centre, only 10 minutes walk to bus terminal. It is also very quiet place. The host is also very nice and helpfull. If I ever back to Sukhothai I once again choose this place.
wonderful place to stay in Sukothai. The guest house is located very close to city center but in the very quiet area, Diona is an extremely friendly and helpful person. The holiday she works on keeping the facility, cozy and beautiful arranges flowers, and so on. Both the bungalows and the rooms in the main building are clean and comfortable and it was one of the best places during my five weeks here in thailand finally, I enlarged my stay for another two nights
