Y&N is one of the loveliest guesthouses we’ve found in Thailand. The hosts are so kind and friendly. Despite them not speaking much English and us not speaking Thai, we managed to understand each other perfectly with the assistance of Google translate :)
Prachuap Khiri Khan is a delightful little town which feels a bit like it’s from a different time. It is unspoiled Thailand. It’s easy to reach on the main train line from north or south.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. There is a complimentary breakfast every morning which is really delicious. There is coin laundry and an excellent massage place less than 1 minute walk from the guesthouse.
The hosts have very good value bicycles available to rent. We rented bicycles and cycled 15 minutes to Ao Manao beach everyday. The cycle is really enjoyable - tree lined cycle paths on roads all the way which are not busy and very safe. You even get to ride across the RTAF runway - it’s very cool! It’s a beautiful tree lined beach with deckchairs for rent and good quality eateries. We swam there everyday!
There are some really great places to eat in town with delicious Thai seafood on offer. There is also a very big night market on Saturday. It’s one of the best and most authentic food markets we’ve seen during one year of travelling in Asia.
If you would like to relax in a great guesthouse in a peaceful town that is authentically Thai then Y&N is a fantastic place to spend a few days. We could have easily stayed here for a couple of weeks!

Orathai is welcoming, generous and simply the most beautiful person. The small group of Thai bungalows are immaculately clean, and the porch with swing and wooden benches are peaceful and good for resting. We met an eclectic mix of other guests and enjoyed some wonderful conversation. This is a real oasis of peace and warmth.

Breakfast was wonderful. Healthy choices all beautifully prepared and presented. Service friendly and attentive. Room and bathroom were spotless, bed very comfortable. Garden area very attractive.

Quiet fishing village with excellent views from the BnB: nearby mountain viewed right outside each of the rooms, sea view of the bay/harbour with the fishing boats returning from a morning's fishing.
Very friendly welcoming hosts; even though we were delayed in Thai New Year traffic and didn't arrive till 1am, Jack stayed up to greet us and show us to our rooms. And American breakfast provided on demand from our hosts when we (eventually) got up.

Beds are very comfortable and made me fell asleep so fast. Bicycles rent for free. It's located just next to a beautiful Chinese temple. Good restaurants nearby. Also Khao Lom Muak and the military base in the neighborhood. Definitely a stunning place.
The lovely hosts picked us up at a late train from Bangkok and this extremely friendly attitude remained through our whole stay. The room is very comfortable, it is quiet and the cafe in the ground floor provides excellent cafe and food. Going to Ao Manao beach is an easy 15 minute bike ride. What ever you need is not more than 5 minutes away. We extended our stay cause we loved it so

Great location, 7/11 right next to the hostel, lots of space for parking. Comfortable beds with light, chargers and a curtain, good aircon in room. Clean bathrooms. Nice common area at the second floor with hot water dispenser, coffee, etc. Everything is great, amazing hostel.
Amazing cute hotel with great location in cultural street and close walk to beach promenade. Delicious welcome drink on arrival from friendly and helpful staff. Pi Jan was a fantastic host and organised local transport when we needed it. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Prachuap Khiri Khan.
Stunning hostel! Incredibly clean, well decorated, welcoming and friendly. We hired a motor bike to get around and whilst it is a bit further away from things we didn't find it too much a hassle with the bike. It's in a very quiet area so perfect to relax in. The owners and staff gave us great tips for the area as well as our planning of where to go next. Plus they have a super sweet dog which they clearly love and look after well.
