very spacious and comfortable room with loads of natural light. the room has a little terrace set in a beautiful garden with lots of bird life. the room is much prettier than it looks in the photos. breakfast was delicious and very very generous. we stayed two nights and were served different Thai foods each morning, and they were some of the best Thai food we’ve eaten on our trip. the home stay was located in a very quiet residential area, just a short walk to the Nan night market and other significant sights in Nan. we didn’t use them, but free bikes were available. excellent wifi. comfortable bed. modern bathroom.

It’s a beautiful old house in a quiet laneway very close to Wat Phumin (and its famed mural), with timber floor full of characteristics. The breakfast lounge used to be an charming old kitchen. The room itself is spacious and airy. Free bikes are available for guests to explore this lovely, underrated town. The owners and their staff are just so courteous, friendly, and quite knowledgeable about the area.
What a lovely hostel, right next to the bus terminal (2min walk). I stayed in the female dormroom. The room and female bathroom were clean. Lockers and towel were provided. The owner and staff were so kind and helpful. There are also two sweet cats wandering in the hostel.
It's a quiet and laidback hostel. It has a kitchen with things to prepare your (free) breakfast.
The free bikes were a big plus! But even without a bike, it's very easy and a short walk (10-15min) to the 'center' of Nan (Wat Phumin temple and night market).

This is a not just a great but a fantastic place to stay! The hosts are very friendly. They make sure their guests feel welcome. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, it is quiet and the WiFi is fast. There is a restaurant that serves delicious food and there is also a shop with clothes produced from local materials and with the work of local employees (all women) only. This alone is something worth supporting. I'll definitely come back and can only recommend it to other travelers as well!

Weekend night market of more than 150 stalls is just 15 minutes’ walk away. Wifi is super strong. 7 Eleven is 30 m away. Museum and bus station all within 1 km.
The location is very good, within few minutes you are in the city center, at all the extraordinary temples. and museum.
Very quiet nice bungalows located in lush green garden. We loved the garden. Very good concept of keeping the car close to your bungalow, at the same time not disturbing other guests and not spoiling the greenery.
