Fantastic escape from the city. Beautiful surroundings and the most lovely hosts! It was pouring with rain so we were invited to join Aunty and her right hand man for dinner instead of scooting to find food- totally welcoming and kind.

The room is ok, not so conducive as expected. The only issue we have was the instant water heater which is powered by gas. We can smell the gas after using it for a while. Our couple friend is not so luck as she is sensitive to smell, she has gas poisoning the next morning and vomitted. We cut short our stay and quickly brought her to the nearest town for treatment.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great service. Everyone was friendly, nice and professional, from the front desk, to the restaurant, the spa, the drivers, the guards, and the room service. The location is secluded, and very quiet. There was a very calm and relaxing atmosphere when we stayed there.
Staff were amazing - nothing too much trouble. The resort itself is beautiful and the rooms are lovely. The location is quiet and peaceful. We recommend doing the Thai Cooking class nearby - Maetang Lanna Thai Cookery School.
The most amazing setting. The two ladies who run the place are so sweet - just be prepared that they speak no English. Best to message the property through booking.com to communicate or attempt Google translate. They will simply do everything they can to accommodate any wish - for example I asked where I could buy fresh fruit nearby - they picked us a basket full from the garden. We had the suite with the bath outside but all the rooms looked amazing. Be prepared that this is a Homestay so expect rustic in places.
Attentive and welcoming host who brought breakfast to our room in the morning. She did everything to ensure we had a great stay.
The location was well above expectation. The view from the room made us feel like we were in the middle of the jungle!
The property is a short drive from the main road, very easy to find as there are multiple signs along the way.
The room was well equipped with everything we needed. We really appreciated the bath robes and slippers after a soak in the bath on the beautiful terrace.
