So beautiful and quiet. It is In a gated community. I loved it. I used Maxim for taxi to wherever I wanted to go for about $140Baht each way. The room was wonderful and so clean. The host was very responsive and I just loved the garden.

I loved this hostel! The staff was very attentive and friendly, the bed was comfy, it was quiet and still close to everything. They even prepared a breakfast for me in advance because I was leaving at 6am, and put it in a box with my name on it, so that I could eat it before I leave. So much attention to detail, I will most certainly be back, if I ever go back to Chiang Mai.

The location of the property was perfect for our needs. Quiet enough street and about 10 min walk to all the happening places. The number of coffee shops and local restaurants nearby was endless. Although the rooms were a bit basic, they were super clean and worth every penny. The only issue is the AC was right above the bed , so it was hard figuring out how to keep it cool without freezing . I absolutely loved the staff and if I’m looking for a «non-hostel/backpacking » place to stay at a budget range room, I 100% recommend this place!

The staff spoke very good english and were very helpful. They hand wrote a note to give to a taxi driver to help us find a particular hiking trail! One free load of laundry was offered and done as instructed. Not a problem for us but no elevator. A great value. Ordered a Lyft ride to the airport for us as it was cheaper than Grab for us.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Excellent 1 night stay in a lovely location. Friendly staff and the room was a delight. Breakfast good and a quiet location overlooking the rice fields.
Really enjoyed the setting, surrounded by rice paddies with a mountain view and very quiet. Thapenny and Robert are super nice and take good care of you. The breakfasts were great with a lot of variety and they also did my laundry for free. A nice private balcony area to relax in with seating and a table.
Food delicious. Location picturesque and tranquil.
Very quiet time of year but peaceful. Staff wonderful. Lots steps and hills. We stayed on the third floor which was a trek up the stairs but a nice view once there!
We could not believe how lovely this boutique hotel was, for the price they charge; what great value! Beautiful Lanna-inspired building and furniture, friendly staff, spotlessly clean throughout. 5 minute drive to the main attractions in Mae Rim but felt like we were staying in a secluded location. Included in the price was breakfast; toast, juice, tea, fresh fruit platter, eggs, sausages. Would gladly stay here again.
quiet and nice getaway from the city. beautiful view from the yard. super warm host with nice smile and well prepared breakfasts. We had a very nice stay here!
