Great location - right on the beach and we were lucky to have a beachfront view from our villa. Still walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants as well as quieter beaches on the north side. The villa itself is comfortable, simple and well designed and was spacious for two people! I loved being able to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee and enjoy the views of the ocean.

It was a peaceful house in the amazing Thai countryside. We could rent a bike at this property, so we travelled not only to Koh Samet but to many wonderful places in Rayong and nearby mountains, national parks and gardens. The host was very kind and welcoming. When I got sick, she gave me medications and asked me how I was doing. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit Thailand next time!

The hotel/resort was located in a very convenient place, close to the pier as well as the mean beach and city center. Very nice looking design, super clean, the personnel were very friendly and helpful. And mostly, the resort surroundings were incredibly quiet, what allows one to fully relax while on vacation. I highly recommend it!
The lady who run the place is one of the nicest people i met in Thailand.
I only stayed one night in Samet but the spot was really nice , cheap , close to the beach and the pier.
It's clean and quiet without being isolated.
If you can walk 5 minutes , it's really worth every penny.

The room was really big which was great, the bathroom was lovely. The free moped was such a great asset, we used it everyday of our stay! The host was lovely and informative. Great location, is just behind the main street and only a few minute walk from the main beach
It was perfect it was quiet and it was away from the hustle bustle of the beaches on the other side of the island it’s own private beach was great Mark and Minnie were perfect hosts we would have liked to say another 2 nights but they were fully booked which no surprise , would recommend Minnie Seaview to any one
Great location far enough from the town so it’s nice and quiet but close enough to the town to walk, good swimming pool rooms nice and clean and helpful staff, a great little resort
Great location, quiet and easy to walk to the beach. Away from the chaos. The rooms were great, we fit 8 people into the house comfortable. Pii Nok was a fantastic host and got us everything we needed - extra bedding, a barbeque, you name it! Really nice location on a beautiful island.
