It is a very nice place, very clean and very quiet even with people staying in the rooms next to mine. Very nice a/c and warm water. The breakfast is very good with a choice of eggs, sausage, pancake, etc. It is away from the busy road so quiet during the day and night.

The property all very nicely. The garden is very beautiful. The room also lovely and clean, looks better than their photos. And it’s just nearby the sunset beach, the view is amazing. You can book fishing and snorkel trips from here directly. I’d like choose here next time!

This was the perfect place to stay in Koh Lipe. It’s close to everything and yet very quiet. 2 mins walk to Pattaya beach and 6 mins to Sunrise beach. The room was very spacious with a comfortable big bed. The bathroom was spacious too with a hot shower. Davide was a great host and provided coffee and croissant every morning. I would stay here again.
Great hostel, friendly social vibe without being overwhelming, met lots of great people. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Hostel always spotless and very kind to offer free coffee and biscuits throughout the day. Perfect location 2 mins from Walking Street, but set back enough to be nice and quiet.

Front row bungalows have direct view and access to the beach which is a game changer.

Hotel organises transfers from Hay Tai Airport for a cheaper price than local offers at the pier. It's well organised.
Great hostel with semi private rooms with double beds. Ideal or partial privacy and a cheap stay. Not for romantic getaways. Common facilities are adequate. Location is great: quiet but still 2 minutess walk from the main walking street.
Everything - Davide was a great host, the room was very large with separate seating area and balcony and really good size en-suite.
It's also off Walking Street on a very quiet lane.
Room was spotless and cleaned daily with new towels daily and separate towels for beach use.
Nice coffee and pastry for breakfast and 10% discount on restaurant food.....which was absolutely excellent.
The lady running the hostel was so helpful and lovely. Loved the two cats who hung around reception. Great hostel to meet people, met such a lovely group here - the common area is super comfy too. Especially appreciated the tea & biscuits etc provided and the free snorkelling gear! Great location too, would definitely stay again
Friendly owner, very nice!! Water and tea available with some fruit in the morning. Great location! Bed area with curtains for privacy, large enough space. Lots of bathrooms and showers and very clean! Quiet hostel. Definitely can recommend.
A great hostel, in a perefect location near walking street (but far enough to be quiet). The team is amazing and very helpful. The hostel is really clean, there's a nice coffee corner and bisxuits and bananas every morning. The common erea is small but enough to sit around and hang with the other guests. I extended my stay in 3 more nights because I had a great time.
Great location. Even though it's on walking Street in The evening it's quiet because most bars with Music are few limited walk from hostel.
