The property is beautiful right on the beach. It was peaceful and quite perfect for couples or even young families. They offer access to scooters which is a must if you're going to Koh Yao Noi as the hotel is situated a little further from shops, restaurants, etc. The service was wonderful I would recommend staying here.

This place is magical!!!! So quiet and picturesque! The rooms are super spacious with your own balcony, big fridge, great AC, and good hot shower! Easy to rent a motorbike from the owners whom are so lovely, they even came and picked us up from the pier for free! Would love to come back here!!

The room was big and had a nice balcony with a nice view. Even though the weather was awful the place is really beautiful and with great views. The restaurant is also good and the lady in charge helped us with the bike rental and with everything we needed.

The host is adorable and ready to help you. He will come get you from the pier and druve you back when you'll leave. The breakfast is cooked by the hosts and is really really good and in quantity, you will taste food that you don't know about.
It was overall a very good stay.
The host lended us a scotter for our stay for a cheap price which was very convinient to visit the all island.

Great location, great room. It was clean, with a climatiser and a quiet terrasse to chill. You can have a good breakfast aswell if needed (included in the price).
But most important the host, Preeyapa, is the nicest person we’ve met so far in Thailand. She was always available to help us, give us tips, or just have a nice conversation. It added so much to the experience, and all the positive reviews about her are completely accurate. Thank you for making this stay in Koh Yao Noi so nice !

It’s located in a quiet area where there are 3 nice restaurant around, I highly recommend to book the bike with her so you can better explore the island.

We were the only people to stay while we were there as it was a quiet month. The room is massive and very modern and clean. Motorbike hire was cheap and easy. The host went to visit her children whilst we were there but ensured someone was there to assist us if we needed.
This bed and breakfast is amazing! Great location to explore the Island. The host is extremely helpful, she even went out if her way to make Gluten free breakfast, which was very helpful!
The room has everything that you need. You can also rent a scooter from the host.

The service was exceptional with amazing food in the restaurant and lovely hosts. Very cheap bikes to rent at 150 baht a day and even came to rescue us when we got a flat tyre. They swapped our bikes so we could continue with our evening. Great location and one of the best views I have ever seen.
