I dont know why but I liked it, it was only realy basic stuff, small, but it depends on your priorities, I didnt came there to be in luxurious room, I only slept there, and chill for small part of days, I came to Koh Samui to train and see the Island, and after long days I enjoied to return to this room, close to beach, supermarket, Restaurant with good food with good quantity and price ratio, scooter rented also from there.

Sadly we couldn't extend our stay as the place was fully booked at the time we wanted to stay longer.

Helpful staff, quite near to the beach. Helped me book ferry to koh tao and a taxi to pier. Came to poison ants in my room. Room had kettle and fridg, where they brought drinking water daily!
The AC is good, but you have to choose that option upon booking! I booked the fan option, but after 1 night i payed for the AC for one night as it was pretty hot. The fan is not too bad either, if you can take the heat.

I absolutely loved my stay at C. Samui Guesthouse. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful Lamai Beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The owner also rented me a scooter, which was super convenient for getting around the island and exploring all that Koh Samui has to offer. I was also working remotely during my stay, and the internet connection worked really well for meetings and everything else I needed to do. Additionally, there are many amazing Thai restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy delicious local cuisine. The peaceful atmosphere and charming decor really made it feel like a home away from home.

A really great little gem! Good location in Chaweng - in a quiet area close to the beach and local food places, but not too far from the party area and more upmarket bars and restaurants. The beds are big and comfortable and the bedroom is a good side. DK mama is amazing, she let us check in early after a long night of travelling, and she spends time with everyone in the hostel. She’s amazing at bringing everyone together - I met so many amazing people at DK1! Would totally recommend this hostel for anyone.

Great location, has 7 11 right next door, has good restaurants walking distance and it’s walking distance to Ark bar and other night life but also in a quiet place so it’s a wonderful location. The hostess Jida is wonderful, friendly, and keeps her place spotless! The bungalow room we got was super clean and quiet! They give bikes on rent without any hassle and just very warm and friendly! Will surely recommend and return! Thanks jida!
Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful. Laundry and taxi service available, tasty breakfast made to order (even at 14:00 when we slept in). Great location, 25 min walk to Chaweng night market, 100m from 7-11, the beach is across the road. Comfy beds and clean rooms, good air con. The fridge was a nice surprise. Quiet pool with jacuzzi.
