The place is very cozy, and super clean! It is very conveniently located in walking distance from Rawai beach and all the restaurants, 7/11 etc, and at the same time very quiet. Amazing service from the owner Jimmy. She is very helpful with any questions and makes you feel like a very special guest :)

The villa is very spacious, with luxurious furnishings and linen. The bed is very comfortable and the outside kitchen has a big fridge, water bottles are topped up with room service.
The villa is private with a pretty garden. There is good space to sit under the verandah to watch the rainy days go by. It is very wet at the moment and although outside areas have alot of water with the monsoon this property takes the water well.
The pool is inviting and clean.
The staff are amazing, we had a couple of hiccups due to our own efforts and OI, who I think is manager has been so kind and thoughtful, she went above and beyond to ensure we could have a stress free holiday.
We were only staying for one night but are here for three days.
There are scooters for hire, and the staff are kind to give us coffee in the morning, and to ensure that we are well taken care of.
We are so grateful for our stay here, and hope to visit again.

The room was sparkling clean and very spacious. The staff were very friendly. The air con worked great. The location is good, as it's close to the beach, but also far away from the street noise. It is a good value stay.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable property with a sea view from very big balcony. We also really liked the resort with a lovely pool and restaurant right next to the sea.

Quite good. Has necessary facilities such as refrigerator, WiFi, strong air-conditioning, good sized open bay bathroom with strong water pressure, outside patio, and free communal kitchen. Close to jetty on eastern end of Rawai beach. Rawai is much smaller and quieter than Patong - an embayment for tailboats and a charming fishing community with great fresh seafood. Economical accommodation option and in terms of an amenities/price ratio represents good value.

I like everything, great location, perfect bakery 20m near the apartment, many restaurants in walking distance, 12 min to the amazing beach. The apartment is well equipped with dishes for cooking some meals, towels, and a washing machine. Anirut is a great host, he prepared some water and soft drinks for us and was always ready to help.
Great host, breakfast and location. The grounds were well kept and the staff really friendly. Close to good amenities and the awesome diving school called Aum Scuba Dive, who we spent a great day at sea with.
It’s cheap to hire a scooter from the hotel, if you’re planning to do this, remember your international Driving license!
The location was perfect, close to everything in Rawai, and very quiet. The room is huge and comfortable. The pool was quite nice, I would definitely book the rooms poolside, they are worth it. Paul was a great host and solved any issue that came up. Highly recommended. There is no breakfast served, but there are great options within a block.
