On the 2nd night, we got the room that was supposed to be for us and it was amazing. Clean, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, nice and clean bathroom.
The place is not close from the old town but we needed to be on this side of Chiang Mai as we were doing Doi Inthanon early in the morning. I recommend this place for couples and families only if you stay in the new build part. They provide toast, biscuits, jams, and coffee and tea every morning. Staff is lovely and polite.

It is a lovely cozy place. Super quiet and surrounded with nature. Bob is friendly knows everything about the area and likes to support guests as much as possible. We rented one of his big bike for a trip to Pai which was super nice.
