The room is so clean and silent air conditioner. The big bathroom is divided to dry and wet area (open air). They have bicycles for free and a easy breakfast. The place is near the beach - Maikhao, just walk for 5-10 min or ride a bicycle, and you can see the plane landing at the beach. The owner is friendly and nice.

It was a very nice location close to the Naiyang beach. The host was a nice lady. Everything was ok and we enjoyed our 3 nights spent there.

Great value for money. Clean and tidy property we ended up staying at for a few weeks whilst we volunteered at Soi Dog so this property was a great location for that. Gail was a great host and helped us whenever we needed it!

The lovely couple that run this small boutique style accommodation are so sweet. They cook you breakfast each morning and ensure you have a great stay.
The beach is a 3 minute walk or they have bicycle's you can use. Close to restaurants and supermarkets (10 min walk) Mama's restaurant is very cheap and great food.
The outdoor style shower is so nice, loved showering in the morning with the sun beaming down on me.
Cheerful, cheap room, near the airport. Provided what we needed for a good price. Aircon was cold, shower was hot, it is a short distance from eateries n convenience stores, there's free breakfast if you want it! There's a very quiet and almost unspoiled beach within walking distance.
Gail was a great host. And she speaks English. She arranged a driver to show me around and another when it was time to go. I booked one night because it was close to the airport, but stayed two more because I liked it.
The room and the grounds were immaculate.
The gorgeous beach is a 6-minute walk. I go for a swim in the morning and have the whole place to myself. There is a top-notch open-air restaurant there as well.
This is a lovely homely guest house. The hosts are hospitable and made us feel very welcome. They even made us breakfast (fresh fruit, toast and eggs) which wasn't expected.

The welcome from our host on the day. Quiet unit. Everything was in working order, including the air-conditioning. 10-15 minute walk to the beach, so not ideal for those who don't walk. You can bike though. Good food options - dine out or self cater.

Great location on a beautiful beach. The apartment complex is quiet and there's plenty of space to swim or chill out on a lounger. The host was friendly and gave us the room information long before arriving so the check in process was smooth. The condo was in great condition, clean, private with a comfy bed and a good view from the balcony.
Baan mai khao doesn't have any restaurants itself but there are several restaurants with delicious Thai food within a 5 minute walk along the beach front.
