Loved the freezing cold air conditioner and soft beds. Shower was also really great. Odd setup for me personally as an American but the water pressure was great. If/when we come back we will only stay here. Another great reason we loved this stay was the little coffee bookstore a couple steps away. The saffron coffee place was never open during our stay so we didn’t get a chance to try it. Location is also great. 10min walk to mall and tons and tons of street food in every direction. Also loved the check in/out process, so smooth.

The location was really good, only walking distance to BITEC. The only downside was the bed quite hard like a wood, makes me unable to sleep well. The facilities come with washing machine and dryer (prepaid). my rating is 3/5. I wish the bed was comfortable.

Less than 30 mins door to door to downtown Bangkok but in a lovely neighbourhood with a green view from room. Shopping malls and markets within 5 mins by taxi. Settle in for a great long term stay.

Plenty of space. Having a fridge with dishes and cutlery in the room was very helpful. Quiet neighbourhood with very easy access to Lotus, 7-Eleven, and street food. The room is simple, but great value for money. The host lady was very kind and very quick to help with my requests.
