I was skeptical booking here with some of the 1 ratings, but had few choices. My first room was NOT good at all. The refrigerator didn’t work and the AC was blowing but hardly cool. The hotel was responsive and moved me to a much better room in another building with everything working.

Excellent location to the beach! Within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and just a quick tuk tuk ride from the night market. The staff are friendly and welcoming. And we love the front porch for relaxing. If you want a great value, this is the place to stay.

Marin is super lovely and thoughtful. You can’t find this quality at this price in Bang Tao. It’s conveniently located if you want to walk to the night market shops and restaurants. You will still need a bike or car for beaches. Marin rented her lovely motorbike to me couldn’t be happier.

Great location 1 minute from the beach, good parking, nice layout with pools, looks great. Staff are great, breakfast is very good, surroundings are quiet. Lots of nearby beachfront restaurants ranging from cheap street food to medium price. The beach is very nice. Kamala isn't Patong and that's a good thing if you want it a bit laid back but Patong is just a 15 minute taxi away ... and Phuket Town is 30 minutes.
The location is great, nice and quiet. Just the sounds of birds and nature every morning. The pool on our doorstep was perfect. Only 5 minutes to get to the main street and market by scooter. Great host, helped us organise a scooter for our stay.
Charley is an exceptional host and runs a beautifully relaxing guesthouse. We had a very comfortable stay and Charley gave us some top recommendations as well as arranging our onward journey to Khao Sok for a great price.
