Great location, beautiful property, lovely food, fantastic friendly staff. The rooms at the back don't have much view but they are quieter so perfect for me.
The location is good because it is on the edge of the town so more peaceful and the garden has a view of the mountains behind the town.

The atmosphere and staff were fantastic, always someone ready to have a beer, good music and the view onto the lake is awesome. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Lake Coatepeque, it’s reasonably priced too!

Great little hostal. Very clean, great communication with the host messaging the day before to ask our arrival time. A small kitchen is available which was great for a cup of tea. Easy walk from the centre and the bus to explore the Rutas del flores.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at! Super quiet but I found it easy to talk to people. Huge, comfortable beds in the dorms, a great rooftop to watch the sunset from, and a small kitchen for cooking. The hostel was able to organise everything I needed from laundry to scooter rental. Don't let the stories of an "uphill walk" scare you away - Juayua is so small that you're still only about five minutes from the town centre.
Beautiful small hostel in Juayua. Its more like a house rather than a classic hostel but that's what makes it so charming. Its a really nice house with a very clean and well equipped kitchen. The staff & volunteers are super friendly and helpful with organising trips around the area or anything else you need to know.
Would defo stay again.
The staff are super lovely. Probably the nicest people I've ever met at a hostel.
Great location
The cute dining/garden area is really nice. Plenty of common space to hang out/work.
Also love the included breakfast.
- Nice typical breakfast with coffee and juice

- The tour through the hostel with Karlos to the 7 waterfalls is a great option
- Great location

- Stay at the weekend, if possible, as the weekly food festival in the town is amazing.
This is an awesome hostel and it gets even better as i'm typing, because this hostel is new and Saul (manager) is making improvements almost every day.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is high quality.
Balcony with awesome view, rooftop terrace even better view with comfy sitting area.
Beds are comfy too.
Wifi everywhere; Speed is ok.
Pretty quiet bc not in the direct center.
Saul and his mother are super helpfull and kind.
We loved our stay! Lupita was a fantastic host, the room was so clean and comfortable and had AC and Netflix, the garden was a beautiful oasis to enjoy breakfast each morning, and it was in a great location to explore town.
