This was a great place to stay in Ataco - the room was clean, bed comfortable and great to have coffee, tea, etc provided in the room. We didn’t meet any staff but the communication with Francisco was awesome. We will stay again when we go back.

MARIA III HOSTAL provides accommodation in Juayúa. It is set 44 km from El Imposible National Park and offers a 24-hour front desk. The guest house has family rooms.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the WiFi works well. There is a fully stocked communal kitchen and laundry facilities. The owner doesn’t speak English but he is a great host and is more than happy to help with anything you need. He has two very friendly dogs and the proceeds from his guesthouse go towards helping the animals in his community. The location is great as well; close to markets, restaurants, and about 10 minutes to the bus stop. We wish we could have stayed longer!
We loved our stay at Antonio's house! He is a such a wonderful host and his two dogs are so sweet. He looked after us very well making us coffee, hot chocolate, choco bananas and sharing some of his homemade liquor with us. The bed was also very comfortable. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay on the Ruta de las Flores.
Best stay!! Super friendly kind host, that has a very comfortabel and clean home with hot shower. He takes good care of his two cute dogs and the house smells very nice and fresh. He lets you taste some local Salvadorian snacks as well:) best host so far.
Casaca is a really nice and friendly homestay! You feel at home and the rooms are really nice and clean. The host is very kind, he even walked us to our restaurant! Would definitely recommend staying here!
The hostel is located away from the hustle of the city, so it’s a good place to relax and enjoy the quiet. The decorations in the garden and the art in the rooms makes for a unique and welcome athmoaphere. The host war incredibly warm and welcoming. And there was even hot water in the shower.
Amazing place to stay in Ataco and to explore the Ruta de las Flores. Gustavo is a great host and the place has a great vibe. A great value breakfast can be arranged and we were also able to organise a cooking class and local coffee tour. We’d really recommend this place.
