Everything was excellent, the staff were very nice, helpful, flexible and informative. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable beds with complementary chocolate, fruit and tea. Downstairs there is a table with free coffee, cake and fruit. Breakfast was delicious, it was in the buffet style with a lot of options.

This is our 3rd. stay at the Penzion Hoffer.
The hotel is situated a little outside of Nitra in a very nice location with views over the hills and the city of Nitra. There is a golf course near by and a little zoo on site.
The building was recently partly updated and the rooms are big and simple furnished. Our room had A/C and here lies the only problem:
We did arrive on one of the hottest days this year and had to turn on the A/C in our room after arrival. It took hours to make the room cool enough for us to be able to use it.
Also, there is NO A/C in the public areas and the restaurant (which by the way has a great variety on the menu and excellent reasonable priced food). Unfortunately, we have been unable to use it this time because of the unbearable heat inside the restaurant.
We absolutely recommend Penzion Hoffer (if you stay there outside the hot summer season).

Named "pension" but it is a huge hotel size in reality. Convienient parking , nice room , pleasant quiet environment (nice park) , close to the city center. Good breakfast.
The property is well located for quick access to the town and the Promenada shopping centre. The hotel had a quaint feel and the room offered a great view of Nitra. It was clean and comfortable. There was an ample and problem-free parking at no cost. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Overall a great value for money. Would definitely recommend it!
The Penzion is located in a quiet neighborhood so it was perfect to relax but also just 5 minutes away from the city center so we have everything near by.
The breakfast was amazing and the personal has an amazing attitude, so it’s really welcoming. The room was exactly like the picture and they are so clean as well. For sure I will recommend this place

The location is also good. 5 mins away from a bus that needs 14 mins to arrive at nitra city center/bus station.
It is located in very nice part of Nitra, just below the Zobor hill, but at the same time in walking distance from the city center. The shopping mall is about 10 minutes walk from here. Rooms are very well equiped, clean. In the bulding hosts can use the restaurant and wellness. Staff is nice and friendly.
