The personal was super nice and flexible, the price was really law. We could check in really late, too, however in the early hours it was hard to reach the host. We couldn't open the windows in one of the rooms (it turned out that it is possible to open them, but they are still really small for this big room.). We asked for room change, and after two night our host changed our room without a word. The gym could be used, as well. They even gave us some food from there own kitchen. :) Comfort could be greatly increased with some care and cheap solutions.

This was one of the best guest house experiences we have ever had. The place has a yard, a parking spot in it and everything inside the apartments is new and clean. The owners are very welcoming and even though their english is not the best, we've managed to understand eaxh other without problems. The place is 20 minutes walking distance from the center of the town and it is away from the main atreet, which guarantees good aleep and quietness.
