Easy check-in, free parking at the property. Rooms were clean and nice, good heating system. Standard Double Room had a kitchenette, Budget Twin Room had a fridge in the room and a shared kitchenette on the floor. Rooms are not very big but for our 3 nights stay they were sufficient. Also, we could bring our dog for additional charge, that was important for us. 12 minutes by car to Liptovsky Mikulas (with lots of shops, restaurants, etc.), 30 minutes to Jasna Ski Resort. There is a ski rental in Ziar which is cheaper than if you rent in Jasna.

We had 2 rooms for 2 couples. The rooms were very clean and warm. Beds were quite comfortable. The owner also prepared a compliment - Slovakian drink and bakery, which was very nice. The owner assisted us via booking up messenger. We had a problem with finding a parking spot in the backyard, but the apartment owner resolved the issue very quickly. Shared kitchen was clean and convenient. It was having all necessary equipment. The location of the apartment was just perfect - around 15 min drive to Jasna ski resort and 10 min drive to Tesco shop.
