Highly recommended accommodation for skiers and hikers for a very good price. I had a wonderful stay at Chata Zázvor! The location was peaceful, the room was cozy, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owner was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. He prepared me breakfast as I had to leave the accommodation early in the morning and the kitchen staff has not arrived yet. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming escape in Slovakia.

I loved this place! It wasn’t fancy but had a definite charm. Beautiful rural setting with goats out back and farms and a scenic river across the street that apparently is good for fishing. The food and beer in the bar were excellent and very affordable. The owner was friendly and informative. I enjoyed talking to him. He had worked in the US and Canada so he spoke English well.

Exceptional place for nature lovers. The hosts are really nice people and there are cute animals everywhere. Sheeps, dogs, cats...highly recommended. Really enjoyed staying there. :)
Beautiful, modern, well equiped apartment. The building is brand new, the location is excellent. Close to the village and the ski areas, yet it's quiet and scenic, between a creek and the forrested mountainside. Communcation with the owner was effective, altough we did not meet and got the keys from a key safe. Dedicated parking place is in front of the building, actually right beside the terrace. Closed ski storeage is available.
What we liked: the beautiful surroundings, the varied (and rich) breakfast [and dinner], the farm animals (sheeps, cows, horses), the pets around the house (dogs and cats) and last but not least the personality of our hostess, Alica. :)
A fantastic place for a short or a long stay. The place is beautifully located in the middle of woods - very quiet and cozy. The host was extremely nice and flexible.
Although the spot is away from the main road you get perfect wifi connection.
If you like hiking all the good trials are nearby.
The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated.
