We came to Penzion Holub for a week during the European youth Olympic festival and enjoyed our stay very much.
The place owner is a very special person, he's a chef and also karate sensei.
we had a wonderful week, Dalibor was a very caring host, adjusted the menu for our preference, and also to the time it was convenient for us.
The food was very tasty, the meat is just excellent!
The place is very nice and quiet.
Really enjoyed it.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Apartment is clean; quiet neighbourhood, a bit far from the city center but that was ok. It is situated on the ground floor, easily approachable. Hosts are very kind.

Great location, we had a (too) large room with shared bathroom, that was not in optimal shape, but better more quiet then the rest of the hostel. We didn't use the public a/shared areas and facilities.
The apartment is of normal size, compact with very well layout. It is located a few hundred meters from the city center, in a quiet street in a great location! The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable. Parking is available on the street, free on weekends, weekdays paid (3 euros/day). I recommend.
