The room was double booked. So we did not stay. The manager supposedly organised a stay in another hotel. When I got there I discovered no such booking was made. In the end I went home. It took an hour to try to work the original booking out and I missed the cultural event I went for.

Just overnight stay on the trip however the personal was friendly and helpful. Restaurant had quite good food (did not try the pizza). Everything was clean and nice.

Great location right under the Ptuj castle and in the town centre. Great host Andre, always supportive and smiling. The apartments are nice and clean, with new bathroom and equipment.
We were upgraded to an apartment by our lovely host, who welcomed us with information about the beautifully restored historic building, the town and useful sightseeing and restaurant tips. The apartment was well heated, spotlessly clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds as well as the usual items.
The location is ideal for visiting the town and crossing the river and right opposite a great fish restaurant. The courtyard is exquisite even in November.
