We've had a lovely time! The house was clean and well-furnished. The hosts were very helpful, and Sofie told us about nice places we could visit. We'll definitely come back :)
I was walking from Kalmar to Lange Erik and this was my last stop before going back. The place is quiet and nice and the beach is only few minutes away. You also can go to the lighthouse Lange Erik (a few km away) and to the bigger vilage Byxelkrok with a lot of restaurants.
It's a quiet place in the forest, no loud guests or parties when we were there. There are many better beaches on Öland than the one here, but it is good enough for a quick swim. Our house was a bit old but had everything we needed, shower, toilet and stuff for cooking etc.
Wonderful location near the sea, very nice surroundings but the hostel itself was terrible.
It has huge potential to become a cosy cabin village. There were not many guests, despite it being in the middle of vacation.
Host is 11/10 friendly and was not only very nice but also very helpful if there was any request.
The place has everything you need.
The place is good value for money, they take cleaning seriously and the area is lovely.
