The staff are very nice and welcoming, its clean and very comfortable. Value for money. It's also quiet and good for kids. The area is much cheaper for shopping and food (eating out) and supermarkets all close by. It costs 15 riyal to get to the Haram, or there is a free bus 5 mins walk. (There is no shuttle to the haram, as stated in the advertisement) Would stay here again.

Great staff, shuttle bus directly to haram, great location during Ramadan! Be early for shuttle sometimes if haram is too crowded they don’t run. Room was just enough space and clean. There are shops near the hotel that are way cheaper than shops near haram.
