This was my second stay at the Macchiato Suites. The management and staff are consistently nice, professional, and caring. The restaurant is excellent. Being a vegan, the cooks were very attentive to my dietary needs. The location is in the center of the city, which means easy access to everything.

I really had a peaceful stay at Wailers lodge. The warm reception meted out to me by Grace (one of the staff) was exceptional.
The facility also met my expectations save that there was no fridge in my room.
I did not take breakfast since I was fasting though I was warmly invited by Grace.
In all it was a great experience. The location too is ok.

Not far from the city centre. The Host is very helpful and assisted me to get car hire, food and information about Kigali.
Thanks too for the Kola nuts, highly appreciated. They can get Naija meals/ snacks from a near-by restaurant.
The staff are also friendly and helpful.
Meals can be cooked for you at an extra charge, there is a stay in friendly caretaker who doubles as the cook.
Overall, I had a great stay.
I stayed for three nights. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. In the quiet and safe area but not far from the city center. And the teh Egyptian food prepared by the host is really good!!
very big rooms, great location. Very quiet place and super clean. Amazing staff and very good breakfast. It’s the best deal in the city, great competition to big chains and cheaper. Very good experience. Wi-Fi and AC work fine.
