Great location - at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, in a renovated nice old building. The breakfast was amazing - not a buffet style, you pick from a menu, everything was very delicious. We tried the restaurant also in the evening - the food was really good. Guests receive a 10% discount for 4 restaurants in the town, incl. the one downstairs.
Clean and comfortable. I suppose some of the rooms may be a little noisy in the evenings because of the many pedestrians and the restaurants, but it was an extremely hot period, we had to use the AC even in the night so I cannot tell how it is if the windows are open. Very friendly staff, everything well organized. The waiters at the restaurant help to contact the manager of the premises if needed and even made the checkout, all well-trained and with good English. The parking is in the backyard, so you have to contact the staff first as some directions are needed in order to reach.

We really appreciate the excellent and personal approach of the hosts: Marija, Vladimir and their son Alexander were fully available to us, explained and showed us everything, Vladimir prepared a great breakfast and also recommended the wine cellar in the city (and made sure they opened earlier for us; the wine is excellent ).
We had two rooms, both with air conditioning. Beds were comfortable, wifi very fast.

It was a lovely and absolutely spotless apartment, perfect size, and a great location. It felt safe and secure for a single traveler. I loved sipping my coffee in the garden first thing in the morning.

A nice house turned into a pension with several rooms, in a peaceful and quiet environment at the edge of the small town of Sremski Karlovci. It's comfy, for such type of accommodation, the hosts are very pleasant people, and you get a touch of nature in a small garden around the house and the whole neighbourhood. Who likes it that way, this place is a true gem
It was very quiet property, with a nice garden. Clean and comfortably furnished. The hosts are one sweet smiling family, that makes you feel like home. There is parking spots near by, and the village is full with life - enough supermarkets and restaurants with excellent food. You can easily reach Novi sad and the fortress, which are worth to see.
Quaint little multi-room villa with a very pretty garden that had a trampoline and benches covered in flowering vines.. lots of greenery and easily walking distance from all the major wineries in the region. The hostess was lovely and friendly, and the room was quaintly decorated and maintained. Excellent water pressure in the shower and a very peaceful place to stay.
Spatious studio, comfortable bed, all clean and new, tastefully decorated. Host was very kind and helpful. Quiet neighbourhood and close to the town center. Beautiful patio. I would recommnd this place to anyone who plans to visit Sremski Karlovci.
Nice apartment with aircon, located not fare to city center. Big garden. Degustation room with big table so you can eat there. Parking in front of the house. Small markets and "pekara" in surrounding. Petar our nice host is producer of own wine and vinjak so you can degustate and buy. We strongly reccomend to buy wine Sila and vinjak.
