The house itself is designed to permanently host a family, not specially for renting, so the rooms don't have separate bathrooms. But for us that was not a problem, we traveled with our family of 4, and and we enjoyed it to the max.

It was a nice experience, an unexpected excellent value for the money paid, the restaurant was good and pretty affordable. I'd rate the quality of sleep above the usual stay as excellent (I like these stiff mattress), the AC was very efficient, it was clean and quiet so I'd definitely recommend this from a business trip. It is a little far from the City Center, but the taxi is inexpensive and in 5 minutes you are there. Also worth to mention it was the very spacious parking spot.
The host was very kind. She offered me an extension cord for my laptop - to work in the garden (for me it was perfect, closer to nature). Cleanliness, the kettle and the microwave (located in the hallway) were very useful, the bathroom is extremely large and the location is quiet.
The hotel is outside the city which makes it quiet and with large parking. Everything is spotless and well mantained. Rooms are comfortable with nice bathroom. Nice seating area outside by the parking. Marianne was our host, charming and very helpful. We had a Romanian friend who negotiated some dinner which was very good.
