The hotel’s location is perfect! It’s very near in the historic center, restaurants and even in the train station. The place is also located in a quiet and good neighbourhood so you will really relax and enjoy your stay.
The room is very clean, modern and fully furnished. I like how soft the pillows are, how big the bathroom is and the balcony in the room is situated at the back side with their garden view.
The hotel staffs are very friendly, professional and helpful. Special thanks to Ms Daniela (receptionist) for being accommodating and helping me with regards of my every needs such as providing information about the public bus transportation, allowing me to leave my luggages in the hotel after the check-out time and letting me stay at their beautiful terrace while waiting for my train departure back to Bucharest.
I really enjoyed my stay at Republique Hotel and I will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I’m back in Sibiu.

My room was incredible. Beautifully laid out, huge, clean, with a small fridge and a bottle of wine. The bed was super comfortable and massive. Bathroom was also lovely. Toiletries provided.
There is a communal kitchen outside the room (I think only shared by 2 Casa Bella rooms). I don't recall a hob, but it has a microwave.
The owner is so kind and helpful. He let me leave my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. He is fantastic with suggestions on what to do, places to eat etc. Casa Bella is definitely the best rental I've ever had. The building is about 5 mins walk to Piata Mare, the big square. I liked that the accommodation is in the old town but it's on a quiet residential street so you sleep very well indeed.

Beautiful room, spotlessly clean and spacious. The staff were so kind and courteous. They helpfully arranged a late check in for us, as we arrived on a very late flight from London! We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the hotel is in a lovely street close to the centre, but nice and quiet.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The host was very friendly and responded quickly to requests. The apartment was cheap and is very close to the city center and still it was very quiet there.

Pension Ela was the perfect choice for our stay. Ela, the owner, welcomed us and directed us to everything available to the guests -sunny garden to enjoy your morning coffee, the tea kitchen with various appliances, the terrace. The apartment is clean and tidy. There is always a parking space in the quiet street where it is located, a 10 minute walking distance to charming city center.
Great location, only a short walk from the train station (5-10 minutes) and less than 5 minutes walk into the city centre and main square. Apartment was lovely and quiet, WiFi was excellent and a nice comfortable bed. Great communication from the host too. 👍🏻

This place was stellar. Super cheap, wide room, two bathrooms, great WiFi reception, comfy large bed, a well furnished common area, local information pamphlet, all within a gated courtyard in a very quiet road with lots of parking outside while close to the city centre and, most importantly, a GREAT host: you can tell the guy is a traveler, great care to details and cleanliness, ensured we would be able to enter the facility without having to contact him ourselves, code-locked gate and self check-in/out, and ACTUAL English speaker. Props!
