This is a family owned hotel, the owners are very friendly and despite the language barrier they were extremely kind to me and helped me out to get a taxi and also helped me after the bus that I was supposed to go on didn't show up.

Really liked that from the first day we mentioned we were vegan the staff made special meals for us which got better and better as time went on without us requesting to do so, every meal was a surprise and the staff were very friendly with us. Very relaxed atmosphere and we felt welcomed.

The location is located in a very quiet environment filled with trees and mountains, which facilitates the need of having a walk trough the woods (if you are passionate about it) I appreciated the most the availability of the staff and the playground facilities for my 5 years old son.

Beautiful and lovely guest house with a beautiful view of Lake Bicaz. They have a private outdoor garden with swings and seating areas. The room was clean, quiet and quite large. Also has a restaurant and free parking. I highly recommend this place!

The room was clean, and the menu was very complex (however missing a lot of local, Romanian dishes - eg sarmale).
They tried to make a contemporary design of the whole environment, and indeed, it is different from many other pensions.
We also enjoyed the covered parking (nice in case of a storm. Luckily, it was not the case).
