Decent price-value ratio. While not in the city center, it is close by. The neighbourhood is not touristy, but is also OK. The street parking was quite convenient. You have all the basic amenities, but you shouldn't expect anything too fancy or modern.

The location is perfect for walking to whichever city centre corner and malls. It also close to the airport so the taxi fare is reasonable.
