Staff was ultimately friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and the owner (Michelin star chef by the way) grilled us fine dining quality dinner. The morning coffee we got gave us a much needed kick to traverse the Transfagarasan. The location is on the Transfagarasan road, and the parking is safe for motorcycle travelers (gate closed and locked st night).

A very nice location, with a great panoramic view.
We were there as a family trip, but I highly recommend it for team buildings or similar activities. It is in a remote, quiet street, far away from the main road so no disturbances, the hosts are very discreet and you feel right at home.

Great location, we saw some local friendly bears on the drive down. The food is good also - we had the Argentinian steak and it was delicious. I somehow missed the fact that it's near the lake - so you have a nice view either from the indoors restaurant or outdoor terrace. We got the boat trip around the lake too - it was lovely.
